Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They help a site remember things between page loads and visits, like whether you're signed in.

What we use

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in, a small local preference that remembers your cookie-banner choice, and — if you accept the banner — analytics from PostHog, Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics to measure traffic and sign-ups. Google's tags may set first-party cookies.

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in to your account during a visit.
• Cookie-consent preference — remembers your banner choice so we don't ask again.
• PostHog analytics — page views, product usage, and error reports. With your consent it uses persistent identifiers (and links usage to your account when you're signed in); without it, measurement is anonymous and cookieless (kept in memory only, gone when the tab closes).
• Google Analytics / Ads (optional) — page views and conversion measurement, loaded only after you accept.
• Vercel Analytics (optional) — privacy-friendly page-view counts, loaded only after you accept.

Session replay

On a few specific pages we may record an anonymized replay of the visit to understand where the experience breaks: upgrade pages reached through our campaign links, and the parked-code page (including before you've made a banner choice). These recordings are cookieless when you haven't accepted, and always fully masked — every input and all on-page text is redacted before it leaves your browser. If you decline, session replay is switched off entirely.

If you decline

Declining turns off Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Vercel Analytics, and session replay, and clears the analytics identifiers this site itself stored (cookies set earlier by Google expire on their own or can be removed in your browser). We then keep only anonymous, cookieless usage counts — no analytics profile is created for you, and ad-click ids are never saved to your device without acceptance.

How to control cookies

You're always in control. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time, and most browsers can warn you before one is set. If you decline, you can still use our static QR-code generators to create and download codes — only features that need an account, like signing in, won't work without the session cookie.
